Animation Lounge allow you to post a lot of type of video. here is some information on how to do it!

for youtube, vimeo and other, just post the link without any tag and that should work.

for QuickTime movie (*.mov)

Code:

[quick=width,height]http://www.yoursite.come/yourfile.mov[/quick]

for exemple for yours will be (with the right size)
[quick=480,370]http://www.yourhost.com/ball009.mov[/quick]

it's also possible for WindowsMediaPlayer (*.wmr)
