Here is my walk and run cycles tests. There is walk cycles for now. But recently I'm working on run cycles as well.
But anyway...

Regular walkcycle:
<a href="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=1990443&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA" target="_blank">http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=1990443&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA</a>

Double bounce walkcycle
<a href="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=1990440&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA" target="_blank">http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=1990440&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA</a>

Thanks, but I don't like it watching it by the fresh eye. I think I must redo it again. The hands rotations and overlapping lacking bother me too much.

Here is my angry walk  Evil
<a href="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=2006248&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA" target="_blank">http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=2006248&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA</a>

I know that it's too slow, like in water. This is because of 32 frames per cycle, obviously needed 26-28 frames per cycle. Hm, how I can't notice this earlier, don't know. But I want to do it again.

I delete each third frame, so there is 22 frames per cycle. I think it's little bit better than previous one. Now I realize that standart walkcycle is about 12-13 frames per step, and the angry walk must be a little faster (10-11 frames per step) since it is more energetic: "Agr-r-r-h-h! I'm so angry. Heads up!" Smiley

again double bounce walkcycle... Has anyone experience with double bounce? For me it's little difficult to avoid knees wobbling in walkcycle lows.

Here is tired walk cycle. Not satisfied with upper torso overlapping motion but anyway
<a href="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=2044132&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA" target="_blank">http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=2044132&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA</a>

Sorry Fabis to reply soooo  late! Family and work.... kept me super busy!

I love your angry walk, the last one!!!

I don't have any experience in the double bounce walk, I don't really know how it works but for now I feel that the double bounce of the top of the character is not connected to the bottom. I think you should add some rhythm on your legs.

for the tired one, your character looks too much off balance... either he should be more falling more on himself or he should go up and front and have the back foot work as a counterweight.

really cool stuff!!! you are not stopping, that's so good!

keep it up Man!

I think the legs rhythm-off moving in the double bounce is because of my silly experiment: I try to change the key poses (contact, squash, pass, overshoot and contact again) for the standart walkcycle, making overshoot pose as a second low in the walkcycle, so there is appear of two lows (squash and overshoot) and two highs (contact and pass), but for legs is too much messy, and I think that better to learn the specific double bounce key poses. Silly me!
I understand your advices about tired walk and I will try to make it more up and down with falling down at each step. I try to avoid back and forth movements because I have no experience and for now back/forth seems like a pigeon walk Smiley Only in the sneak walk I can make this trick.
And yes I'll keep it up because it's not so hard (one or half hour for each cycle). The really hard thing is to notice the issues. So thank you, Mathias for advices.

Hm, I create one more double bounce walkcycle and it's not yet what I like. I make it little bit accurately in proportions and with Richard Williams book as a reference. I don't want to scan it, so I draw my own picture.

And here is the animation

<a href="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=2053815&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA" target="_blank">http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=2053815&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA</a>

I don't even know that double bounce is so difficult Sad Maybe I should change the legs proportions to avoid knees jigging. I don't know...

I don't know what you changed exactly but it's working much better this way!

Thanks, Mathias!
I just animate each frame in this cycle instead of each third in the previous one. Also he moves more up and down at each step, his foots accelerates when going forward and the timing now is 24 frames for each step instead of 16 frames in the previous cycle. And he's a little more balanced and his forward leg doesn't let him to follow down.
