Once again, Cameron Fielding has a good tip on his website. I knew this one but I'm sure that there is a lot of people who don't know that. If you are using Maya, you have to make sure that you have hotkeys for addInbetween and removeInbetween. If you are using another software package, you should check if it has something similar.
