Hi, I am having issues with Maya, I have downloaded Maya PLE, have been using it quite often, well I finally downloaded some characters to animate, but about half of them do not work, I keep getting errors saying

" Errors have occurred while reading this scene that may be a result in data loss, Please check script editor for details"

I recently tried to use Moom 4.0 but the controls are gone, the only thing that works is the face controls. but the error that normally comes up does not come up when I opened moom 4.0

I was wondering if someone could help me because i am a little confused, I have a MAC and its one of the newest ones, do you think it might be my computer?

I downloaded the Maya PLE on my laptop and downloaded some of the characters that got errors on my mac with Maya and they worked fine on my laptop?

If I bought Maya for mac do you think I would have the same issues? Or is the Maya the Learning Edition?

I did and half the controls work for moom the other half i see the controls but I can not select them,

I am really thinking of buying maya do you think I would have the same problems?
